  • 4 cups of Filtered Water
  • 12 – 15 min leaves
  • 4 – 5 Green Cardamoms
  • 8 – 10 Basil Leaves
  • 20 Grams of Jiggery
  • 2 Grams of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

How to Make Hunza Tea at Home

  • Add 4 cups of filtered water to a saucepan
  • Crush all ingredients and add to boiling water (Except Lemon Juice)
  • Give water a full boil
  • Simmer the heat for 5 to 7 minutes
  • When Water Remains of 2 cups.
  • Strain the tea into a cup or mug of your choice
  • Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and serve
