For anyone who is willing to follow or adopt this diet plan than is quite essential to follow these steps strictly

Step 1 Morning Breakfast

You have to follow this breakfast method till 12 Noon

You have to eat only fruit (4 or 5 kinds of seasonal fruits) it can be anything including apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, or the fruits of your choice and availability.

The required amount of fruits will be your body weight * 10 grams

Let’s suppose any person’s body weight is 80 kg then he has to eat at least 800 Grams of fruit till 12 noon,

If your Body weight is 80 kg * 10 Grams = 800 Grams of fruits, likewise calculate as per your body weight.

You can eat this quantity in intervals as well but nothing other than fruits to be taken, if you are a working professional you can take it to your office as well.

Step 2 Lunch and Dinner

This is for your lunch and dinner same formula will be applied in both meals, this step consisting 2 Plate Method

Plate 1: you have to eat raw vegetables only like carrots, cucumber tomato, radish, or any other seasonal vegetables of your choice

The total quantity will be consumed will be Body weight * 5 Grams of raw vegetables

For example, if any person’s body weight is 70 Kg then he/she has to eat 350 Grams of vegetables in the plat 1 method

Body weight 70 Kg * 5 Grams = 350 Grams

Plat 2: any home-cooked vegetarian food with less oil and salt and spices

Important Note:  first you have to complete plat 1 then if you feel hungry then can eat plate 2, finishing plat 1 is mandatory.

Rule:

it is mendatory to Finish Plate 1 First before eating Plate 2 in you lunch and Dinner

Step 3 Foods to Avoid

Following this, you have to avoid consuming during your dip diet period

  • Dairy products and animal food
  • Avoid taking supplements like multivitamins or tonics
  • Packed Food and Refined Foods

Other than these 3 meals if you want you can include eating sprouts or dry fruits as well to nourish your body and for proper nutrition

The quantity will be 1 gram per kg body weight.

Let’s say a person’s body weight is 70 kg than formula will be 70 Kg * 1 Gram = 70 grams of sprouts or dry fruits or a combination of both of them,
